yay i feel like an even bigger noob posting for the 3rd time in a day now Xd... ok, quick question, when a player gets permenantly banned is he still available for attacks? by that i mean... can i still kick his sorry xxx or does he join the vac mode players in the safe zone? tnx in advance ^^

if permanently banned (10k hours ban), the account is blocked
only banned players for 48hrs can be attacked

you can also attack players banned up to a year.   the ones with the weird lil thingy next to them. but not the players with the guy chained to the fence.
