"Players are allowed to change up to 4 alliances in one Era. If a player changes 4 alliance, he/she cannot join a 5th alliance. Just wondering if this works or is still applicable? I mean, if a player gets kicked out of 4 alliances, does that mean he will no longer be allowed to join another alliance? Would he still be able to create an alliance as leader? Thanks again.
