Title: Possible bug in Login Logout Quest ... Post by: Alastric on September 14, 2016, 21:17:45 PM I am trying to complete the Book Quest which requires "Goal: Keep an eye on your empire at least once a day for 4 days (at least one login and one logout per day is required)" ...
So far, I have logged in and logged out at least four times in this 24 hour period, and I am not showing as having made the first day's progress in this quest ... it still shows "Progress:0/4" ... The progress appears after the end of the current day and the beginning of the new 24 hours. You are doing great so far, keep logging in and logging out each day for 3 more days to receive the reward. Note that at least one login and one logout per day is required. If you log in today, but your next logout is tomorrow (after 00:00 server time), the quest will restart from the beginning. Best regards!

The quest says that, as long as you login at least once and logout at least once during a game-day, doing it for 4 days, you fulfil the quest ... Your *own* words say that, even if one does a login and a logout during a game-day, if one logs in during a game-day, and if one continues logged in over the end of that game-day, that will re-set the quest ... So someone who has done a login and logout, who then logs in again at 23:59, does some moves, and then logs out again at 00:05, will find that the quest resets itself ... and *that* is a problem ! If you have already logged out once during the same day, the quest will not reset. So someone who has done a login and logout, who then logs in again at 23:59, does some moves, and then logs out again at 00:05, will find that the quest resets itself ... and *that* is a problem ! The same rule applies, once you have done 1 login and 1 logout for the day, quest will not reset if you are online before 00:00 and logout after. |
