Two questions

1)is it correct that if you make a military post spending sources from a colony, then if the mp destroy the army goes to the colony?

2) if i have negative gold,  can i still put my army on retreat on a military post?

this is similar to the question that i wanted to make. i thought that after post is destroyed army went directly back to capital. two days ago in a war i destroyed the post mp2 and the army returned to mp 1. i then had to destroy mp1 and hit the army in the capital. did the rules change??? and no the player wasnt online

The army will retreat to the holding from where the military post was found.
Even if your gold is negative the army will still retreat

aha thats the capital, its impossible to be founded from a military post since resources are always taken from capital. unless youre saying that i can open the map from an mp or other province and click found mp and army will return there?????? please explain

Yes, you can found a military post from another MP or colony. All you need is to have the necessary resources available in the holding.

Wow that's intresting. What happens if the first MP is destroyed before the second?
And what happens if the MP where the units retreat doesn't have enough space for them?

The army will return in the capital.
