in a simulation of 1k cavalry vs 1k spears the cavalry take 130 casualties (approx) perhaps the engine needs to be modified to ensure spears always beat cavalry... its just a game of course so who cares but i'm just wondering what the explanation is Title: Re: cavalry vs spears Post by: Angela on April 21, 2015, 13:30:53 PM In general, cavalry units have bigger attack and hit points than spearmen, so equal number of cavalry wins field battle against same number of spearmen when they are the only opponent group and have equal parameters and military researches like the cavalry units - http://prntscr.com/6weriw.
