Title: music tracks start simultaniously
Post by: joffrey on October 18, 2014, 18:40:52 PM
Hi

I experienced in the last days that the game music tracks start as I am changing the village view from one to another. This causes multiple soundtracks playing which is quite annoying. :(
could you please fix this?

thanks
regards

Hi there,

To speed things up i will ask a few more details from you please:
1: username and realm number please (to check if its affecting one account, a whole realm or if its a general problem).
2: are you playing from a windows pc?
3: what browser are you using? Is it happening in other browsers also?
4: have you tried also by any chance to clear your temporary files and cookies and log back in?

Thank you

Hi

username: EvilJason
realm: v6251

I used 2 different browsers in the last hours (chrome and firefox) I experienced the same in both cases.
I'm playing from win7 pc.
No I didn't try that.
Rather strange that music doesn't stop when I navigate from the tab that IO is running on. And only one of the tracks stop when I click on the music icon  *freak*

Thank you,

It will be looked into and you`ll be notified. Please try in the meantime to clear the temporary files and cookies and let me know if it made a difference.
For example the settings from Chrome and Internet Explorer (on windows 7) they are mostly shared.
