Thank you Title: Re: morale of the army Post by: Angela on October 15, 2014, 14:37:30 PM The morale points in the battle report show the average values of the morale of whole army, that is why it looks like the army left with more than 60 morale points. The army is divided into 3 battle lines, all army lines have different morale losses/wins during the battle. The front line, consisted of the infantry and battering rams fled from the battle field in round 9 because the morale dropped below 50, 44 points exactly. The siege engines from the third/artillery line continued fighting for 2 more rounds and also left due a low morale (at 31 morale points). Only the archers continued the battle, the battle prolonged, they managed to kill the garrison units but at the end they also left after a morale drop. Once the morale drops below 50 points, the army will flee from the battle field sooner or later, this can happen at 49 points and less, like the 44 points when your infantry left, but it is also possible to win the battle before that.
