Title: Colonial bureaucracy Post by: SerGhost on June 14, 2014, 20:14:56 PM something wrong with colonies. I built 2 colonies and reseach 4th level of Colonial bureaucracy. So totaly i should have +20% efficiency and 2nd colony should have 100% efficiency(1st - 90% by default, 2nd - 80%) but i have 94% efficiency. Here something wrong: wrong Colonize description or wrong default value of colonies.
