What is the problem with my account? Is blocked 26 hours.

Pánové jsem dost nasranej. Za 26 hodin se nikdo od vás nezmohl na solidní odpověd. Včera po 14 hodině mne nejaký prudký inteligent od vás zablokoval. Nedostal jsem žádné upozornění předem a i potom jsem se musel několikrát ozvat sám.První email jsem posílal 10 minut po zablokování. Takové jednání je přinejmenšim neslušné. M. 

PS:Tohle google asi nepřeloží.

I sent question right away to office in morning, but i didnt get any answer till now... only answer i have is from yesterday about army increase. I will resend my question tomorrow and send you answer as soon as i get it.

Explanation for punishments can be given only to the owner on the account, they aren't published publicly on the forum. You have to write to support@imperialsupport.org in English from the email used for registration of your account in the game, send your username and realm and ask about the reason for the punishement of the account you own and you will be informed by email.
If you prefer, write to support_cz@imperialsupport.org in Czech.
