user spirosrs from realm 64, used to buy diamonds through his mobile phone. On 03:07 p.m. (server time), today, he send message, (he has been charged for this), but he received only 1 diamond instead of 40. Furthermore, he did not receive any confirmation message. Please, make an investigation for this and contact direct with the player. Thank you, apollon14 - GREEK_TEAM. (Note that spirosrs has send 3 messages the last 10 days, without any problem). Please, tell your friend that he has to report it himself, calling from his own account or writing from his registration email. He can contact the billing support from the premium menu, or write to support@imperialsupport.org in English, or support_gr@imperialsupport.org if he writes in Greek. He has to leave his username, realm, cell phone number he sent the message from, date and amount of payment. |
