i  m    writing to     express   my     dissatisfaction    about   the  game,because   during       to this   attack 2012-06-09 (vanyo02    shamanico    92 800    3,8M    94 320    56 203    536,9K    19 652    196,5K    0    0    9 280)  towards  me,my   army   returned   to  my    capital    7 second   before  the  enemy  hits   me,in  this  exact time  i  tried  to   move all  my army   to another province   but an   ANNOUNCEMENT   came  that  i  could  not move  my army   in the last 5 seconds during  an  attack.........................AND    I  M  ASKING  THAT............WHY  DIDN  T  YOU    ANNOUNCE     THIS    RULE   OF  THE  GAME  SO THAT  WE  KNOW IT?????
 CHECKED   OUT   ALL THE  ANNOUNCEMENTS  AND I READ THE   RULES  OF THE  GAME   BUT  I  DIDNT  FIND  ANY OF THIS  RULE-DIRECTION................SO I  WOULD  LIKE  YOU   TO   RESTORE  ALL  OF  MY   WASTED  ARMY  IMMEDIATELLY................  

this rule is thr since ages.. *freak*

So if something is there since ages i have to know even if i am new player? 1+1=3 ??

And the source that i have to find such important news is a 100 pages manual?

◦The defender cannot relocate army to and from the province under attack if less than 5 seconds are left until the impact.
◦The attacker cannot recall the army when less then 5 seconds are left until the impact.
