I send my army to attack a player , and i spied him , I spied in the last 10 seconds too , he had just 28 k heavy cavalry in the field , then when i see the battle report , he started the battle with 60 k Cataphracts . This is cheating , I'm 100 % sure that there werent any Cataphracts ...

He moved them from other provinces and made you an ambush. :)

I went on vacation to 13:55 server time. At the time of going on vacation no one was sent to attack me. Now I see that the attack was long after I leave and that of a man who is just 118IM from me! HOW???

pretty simple.  you do not see incoming attacs until the are 60 minutes out.   not even at 118m from you he may have npo cartography,  so he is moving at a much slower rate. so you go into vacation.

 hus troops are already in motion. you do not see it, but they are there.

I checked. The attack happened about 45 minutes after I went on vacation. And the player who attacked me has almost 3M points, slowest unit in the attack were nomadic swordsmen

Send me your username and realm, and username of palyer attacking you and iw ill check when attack was sent and when you activated vacation.

All is fine, you had bad luck, he launched attack just before you hit vacation and you didnt saw it because at time you clicked vacation window it wasnt sent, and when you hit vacation button you couldnt see it. 6 secs before you launched vacation attack were sent.
