When launching an attack I should have 103 morale (120 standard+2 bonus+1 drills-20 boxed province=103) but I have 78. Why?

Maybe you are attacking player who is out of your 2x, then you lose starting morale also. And 120 standard - what race are you and what position in alliance to have 120.

you have 110 morale points if you are leader or first officer..not 120 morale.

ok, but how come that for every launched attack I have every time 78 moral? Even with standard 110, I should not have 78, do you agree? 110+2 bonus+1 drills = 113, and minus 20 for boxed province, how much will be?

The players whom I attach all are in the 2x area (I do not go far a way with the attacks.)

Do you maybe have negative honor??

I have 121 honour points.. and I am an Imperian..

The below message appears as usually after launching the attack.  I should have 104 honour points during attack but not 78.  If you give me an email I may send you a print screen.

"You have 121 honor. Your army will fight with 2 points morale bonus.
Drill adds 1 to your army moral.The enemy province is boxed with four others. The morale of your army has dropped with 20 points.
Your army morale is 78.
The speed coefficient of your army is 0.5.
Your army will reach the enemy in 40 minutes.

what realm you play? r13? or some new version ?

Let me make a guess what happens  :

*startmorale 100
*bonus you got for being general or FO depends on time you have that postion : 5 max  (since you just have drill 6 ,  the world where you play must be pretty new ).
*2 bonus for honor you have
* 1 bonus for drill

total : 108 startmorale
 
-20 for boxed prov
-10 for attacking nomad

endresult : 78

I am from realm Spanish 12. I have written here, since there is no section for realm Spanish 12. my username is sergiu007. Every player whom I attack the honour would be 78. Don't you think if the honour points would be different, I would suppose that the issue is in calculation of honour points, and is not a bug, BUT THE HOUNOUR IS EVERY TIME 78 WHEN I HAVE STARTING HONOUR 121. HOPE THAT I HAVE MADE MYSELF CLEAR. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
