so if I colonize the provinces 3, 2, 4 does province3 have moral drop of 20 points?

no

To get the morale drop you would need to colonize 4 other provinces surrounding the one you want to protect. like lets say #8... you would have to colonize #7 #9 #13 and #3, so all sides are covered.

what I mean is if is province 3 is in the centre 2 west, 4 east, 8 in south but in north no province becous it is the end of your empire and no province can be colonised is there moral drop ?

ohhh, not positive, but I don't think so, that would be too easy, you gotta think like this the province above #3 is owned by someone else so no you wouldn't get the morale drop.

you can't boxed provinces which on sides..
those provinces are;
 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,
21, 22, 23, 24, 25,
6, 11, 16,
10, 15, 20

No, there is no moral drop for that since province 3 is not surrounded by 4 other provinces.

Think at it this way: your Empire is in the vicinity of other Empires so near your province 3 will be a province from othe player. If you can colonize that province of the other player (you can't, don't ask) you will get that moral drop you want so badly  *freak*

yes, u need to colonize 1 province to be boxed, then the upper and lower provinces, after that the left and right ones, so, they are at least 5 of them
