Is it novation in the rules? Why was subtracted some honor points for fortress siege even if the target is in the enemy alliance?

Yup. We r in war now. And I lost 4 honor points. But it was only once. May be i've mistaken. I'm checking it every time now before and after attack. So i'll notify u if problem appear again. Btw, it is extremly required to see a list of active wars! In other case we can't join the other wars on defenders side :(

yes and change bug from v4a ,where peace t gave free war even if its signed after first war declaration that gives casus belli .Late pt even  doesnt have to be accepted by victim alliance, only request sent is needed, and can be canceled after 0 paid gold.Reason is that victim alliance might not want anyone to help  ,leaving more enemies and more potential war income for themselves.
