while my friend his University reach 27 and he need 270 hours to for Centralization 12 can anyone explain more why Centralization need less hours with me? Post by: chegewara on August 28, 2009, 19:19:34 PM there can be 2 explanations. 1st most probably you are researcher in guild and yours research time is half from normal, 2nd he use link and time is counted with old university level *cool*

he reached 27 in university but me i reached 26, thats low right? now i am searching for Centralization 13 and it only get 144 hours.my friend told me he need 270 hours for level 12 in Centralization guys wats make it TOO low in time with me? is there another thing that can effect like honor or another search?
