Title: Who can answer your questions on the Forum? Post by: Krum on February 13, 2009, 17:41:04 PM Whenever you ask a question on the Forum you can receive an answer from another member or a "competent" answer. A "competent" answer is an answer given by Trusted Member, Forum Staff member, Global Moderator or Community Manager. If you do not receive a "competent" answer within 24 hours you can write to support@imperiaonline.org.

Forum Staff – You can see them here on International Forum only. These are the Global Moderators from the separate national forums. Global Moderators – These are the Forum Moderators. They are the ones in charge of the Forum. Community Manager – These are IO Team members who provide the connection between players and game developers. |
