Our alliance has upgraded spying levels, but when i send out spies, it only says the spy level i researched. it doesn't include the alliance spying research. So for example, if i have Spying Level 6, and our alliance has spying level 1, spies should penetrate as Level 7 Spies? (even though it says 6)
