I would like to report insults and very bad language from some players, but it seems that using the "report abusive message" button or sending directly the messages to moderators has no effect!

Now my question, why adding this new button if nothing is done???

Some people are very rude with others but this is not cheating and they still continue playing and using their language of 4 years old child...

I don't care to lose some battles or be plundered 10 times in a night, but nothing can be worst than telling insanities about my family!!! If your point of view is to let these guys playing, i have only one thing to say: SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!

i agree mate.i suggest you to put that idiot on ignore list and make him go to vacation :)

It's too easy to avoid the problem... cheating is one thing, but insulting is worst than cheating!
sure i can take my revenge on the battle field, but everything i will do will never give me back the honor i've lost...

I've already reported some insult messages from the same player 2 eras ago, again in the last era and now one more time in this era, i know lot of other players who have been insulted by him and HE HAS NEVER BEEN BANED!

i guess it is too much abusive messages reported for admins to ban all players who sent them. *pardon*

nope..may i guess one more thing..he is bulgarian and from alliance crusaders?
that would explain a lot because some people believe (what i think it isn't true) that admins favorize bulgarians and that they are mild with them

nop... crusaders are using another tactic, but this is another story...

here i'm talking about a famous bulgarian alliance which is well known for their agressivity towards all non bulgarian players, the name of the alliance tells everything! they are not only using bad language, they are bad!

seems everyone is having trouble with bulgies...we should do a union of forces  :hmmm:

I don't want to give some names here... but i think i was clear! i don't say that all the players in this alliance are bad, i'm talking particularly about the player with canadian flag (which is in fact a bulgarian)

actually the best thing they do is they stick together, who ever of us never attacked a fellow countrymen? no one...bulgs rarely attack bulgs...

The punishment for insulting is not going to be ban.

why players can be banned when violating chat rules, but not when sending personal messages?

they get chat ban....they can still play in-game..i know that cuz i got 3 chat bans *freak*

Why has this been put on the login screen, when it is now clearly and obviously a false statement?

How on earth can you lose honor by what someone is sending you in a private message? Is your honor really so vulnerable?  *hmm*

i bet that your honor too will be fooled in this case, nobody has the right to talk like that!!! family is the most important thing we have in life!

2 - 168hours
3 and more - 10 000 hours

Silence mode mean that this user will not be able to send messages.

a very small punishment, i can use the "ignore this user" button with same effect.... if the incriminated player wants to talk with his friends, he has thousands of other ways to do it!!!

I think this is the right punishment. It was senseless to ban a player from the game because he uses bad language  *crazy*

Anyway i agree that statement in login page should also removed (or better changed, explaining the new punishment)... That is not so hard... right?  :hard:  *hahaha*

you know wat would be a great "punishment"? i think first off a 24 hours lock for first offence, 72 hour lock for 2nd offence, and finally 1 week lock of acount, for third offence.   heres da kicker.... when he is on lock, their should be an icon by his name saying he cant check his acount. hahaha... bet that would make people think twice.. getting farmed.. hahahaha .. but maybe thats jst me..
