Title: Base Garrison Post by: darkevil on May 15, 2015, 09:31:12 AM Can someone please let me know the base garrison levels for the different fortresses. I searched the manual but the page for it is blank. The only way I could even reach it was a link from "Fortress". Thank you for your help
