TEAM MEMBER INSULTS ME

On saturday I get an offensive message from oe of the Team member. his name is Drewno aka Sagitarius aka Jorgus. He is Trusted member. There was 2 messages in fact. Firs was Mass message the second one was private message which was reported. BUT after reporting this message it was delated by Global Operator NONES. Now he claims that he is sorry but he can not punish his friend... WTF? How it is possible? PLayers with function on forum can cheat and insult us? Without any punishment?

I WANT JUSTICE WHERE SHOULD I GO? WHO SHOULD I TALK TO?
