i was wondering if the research university and tactic is worth? i mean the price to make university is too high after of lv 21, and the price reduced is low for the high price that u must pay.. and tactic it give u 1 point of moral but 7000k for 1 point

It depends how you play. If you play for networth, tehn uni is cheap comparing to your resource production. And you build university to make researches faster not cheaper.
For exampel at day 60 in 1 realm i had uni lvl 22 and i will continue every time i have spare resources.
And morale in V4a realms isnt so important because you get honor every day and 1 morale every here and then. But few lvl tactics over lvl 5 is good for few moral and you need  lvl 7 ofr phalanx.
