I started the game 40 days after the realm began. I didn't had any big problem to improve, but i had too much problems with population. Es everybody else i started with 5.000. Now i have around 60.000, while the others (who started the game from the first day) have around 300.000
You can understand all the problems this create.

I think IO must give more population to the persons that register late. For example, i propose:
5000 + natural growth, but without granaries and medicine.

So, if someone registers after 20 days, he will not get 5000 in population, but something like 40.000

Of course all the population will remain in one province, and a maximum of 100.000 can be set.

This create a problem of Farms (new players starts with farms level 4), but also this can be resolved: The population will not grow until you build the right level of farms.

I thing this is a good rule to invite even late players to register. Of course, registering in first day is always advantegous, but minimally, also other players have a chance to play.

But your population can be maximum about 6500 with farm 4, so it's not big difference. And when your population grow until 200.000 in one province, population growth will be very reduced and after some days you can have the same population as others even if you start after.

Yes, thats why i told a maximum of 100.000

And yes, the player will get Farm Level 4. But the starting population will be more then 6500. Is not so difficult to program that. Also the population will not grow as long as you have not build right level of Farms. Which will not be a difficult task (just put all your people for wood).
