Persónulega fer ég í bæði gerdeigs- og vatnsdeigsbollur. En margir eru með svakalegar skoðanir á þessu. Alveg crazy...  *hihi* En ég er alveg sammála Jóa Fel, hnífapör við bolluát er bara fyrir aumingja.   *freak*

oh yes....:)   This is a special day in my country, called Bolludagur.  *bravo* Then we eat alot of bollur. I think its called bun in english.
Some people make their own bollur but most people buy it in next bakery.
There are mainly 2 types of bollur, either made by yeast or choux pastry. Many people argue which is better.  *xxx*  *hihi*
Bollur comes with cream and jam or marmalade and chocolate on the top.  *kissgirl*
Also the best way to eat bollur/bun is with hands. :) It can become quite messy. :) No knife or fork, that´s just for loosers.  :head_hurts_kr:
