Could we attack enemy with different point more than x3 ?

I play in realm 1 . 
My alliance have alliance war, but when I saw from alliance battle,
my friends was attacked with the enemy which have point about 4.5 times stronger than my friend.
Is it right or not, or this one is something wrong ?

it is possible if its realm version 4

I have checked my friends enemy, he not lose his honor point, as I know, when we attack enemy which have point more than x2, we lose our honor point, he attack my friend in 6 province, all province does'nt have any soldier, so he can't gain his honor from soldier, is it something cheating ?

I'm sure about his point (my friend enemy), because this morning I just attack him, I know his point exactly.

you know them now..but did you know them while he was attacking your friend...btw is there any chance that your friend is goldmine

I know my friend is goldmine, he not login more than 1 week, but when my alliance enemy declare war with my alliance, I take some note about nett worth point of all member from my alliance enemy.
Could he decrease point before attack my friend and increase point again after the attack ? I can't believe that.
