Sooo i went and annexed prov. 5 few mins ago. It had fort 1. The nice people of that province decided to make me a welcome gift. Look!



Edit: I did log out/log in, it`s still fort 4 *Smiley*

P.S. I`m not sure i want this fixed  *hihi*

Here is the deal. You were looking at province number 5 which is annexed long time ago. Your newly annexed province is province number 3, which comes with fortress 1.
