Android - Global map mostly not working

The global map loading so slow and always prompt after search "Unexpected Error".

Could you please re-install the application and see if there is any improvement? If the problem continues, please provide the following details: your account name, realm, model of the mobile device, android version. Are there any specific actions you do in the map before an unexpected error appears?
