Account Locked for no reason

Hi..

I have two accounts in two different realms.. one in realm 5, another in realm 1.  I keep on getting locked out of realm 1 for violating game rules.
I play both accounts the same way.. in the same computer...I never get locked out of realm 5, therefore i believe it is a bug.

I pay credits for both accounts and I am a serious player.. I do not hack nor use any tricks in the game.

Can someone check and let know what is going on with realm 1

it might be bcoz of 6hr offline status..but i got banned now , and i need some help {as its not bcoz of 6 hrs offline}

It is not "6 hour consecutive offline in a day" or both accounts would be locked.. I usually log into both accounts at the same time.(right?)

No way... unless rules a different for realm 1 and realm 5

ofc rules are different check ur status again and i dnt think u can enter both games at one time

Who can check this for me.. do not think that is the problem... because that the way i play for the longest tiime.. If so I would be already KIck out of the game...

Who can go in and check my accounts and see the reason i AM being LOCKED out???

I hear there is a guy called KRUM.. where can I contact him??

and there is no one called KRUM  thats just an rumour

Realm 1 use the 6hrs offline rule .... this mean that you need to have 6 continuous hours where you didn't log into your account in R1 every 24hrs .... ie : offline from 06.00 to 12.00 is fine, but offline from 06.00 to 10.00, then from 12.00 to 14.00 is not ...
Realms with version 4 don't use the 6hrs offline rule, so you can play 24/7 if you want ... but remember to eat and drink sometimes
