Critical bug - alliance research levels !!!

Critical bug is that, alliance research level is not added to players research level, to decide about rights for elite soldiers training.

This is forum to talk on Croatian. I will answer you, but you can write on croatian or go to international forum.
That isnt bug. Its done like that and it always say 12 +2 so first number is important for units. Maybe due to recent change, alliance researches could be used for units requirements, thats suggested, but dont know if it willl be made.
