attacking outside the 5x range.

I was attacked by a player who is well outside the 5x range but when I tried to strike him back but I couldn't because of the 5x range.  Since this rule only applies to the player with the larger account, smaller players can keep hitting him knowing that he cannot strike back.  A larger player will spy on a player then send the smaller player to hit him.

This is a problem that needs to be fixed.
