http://prntscr.com/f6ua5e every other player who is ranked in that tournament has much more points than him, which is expected and what makes sense. is it possible this person is cheating? other than that he must be spending LOTS of resources on stuff and then cancelling it so that he keeps his points low, but EVEN considering that theory it still looks very suspicious because he would need an absurd amount of resources to get all those development points
