Alliance unexpected error

Hi there,

Im playing tge mobile android version on realm v6 326 eith the username Kakamaka123 and afeter some quests Like 20 i joind an alliance (lost) and now cannot acces the members section due to unexpected error to quit the alliance. Also I have lvl 2  centralization and im unable to annex or to vasalize provinces right next to me even tho there is no barbarian camp no other player zone and distance 3-4 from capital. 
IVE TRIED TO CLEAR UP THE GAME CHACHE , UNINSTALLED IT etc, Rinstalled IT , ChECK THE ACCOUBT FRIM ANOTHER PHOnE AND STILL THE SAME BUG. PLEASE help me with it. Sorry for the caps i  cant see what im writing.
