Hello,

I have a problem with messages and tribune:

you don't have permission to send or receive message. Please, check your Xbox Live privacy configuration and try again.

I checked everything, but it does not work

Is IO planning to upgrade their servers?  I am getting messages that imperia failed to respond to my request.  It takes 5 mins to open a message.  In game alerts of attacks come after the attack has landed.  I play the game from my PC, laptop & iphone.  All are having the same problem.

This is a continuing problem that is getting worse.  How am I to play when I can't even log on or when I do I can't do anything?

The daily event is active but cannot send any troops.  Cannot get the attack screen to load.

I cannot open messages when I am online. 

No response from IO support.

Hi, Yakone. Could you please update your browser to the last version and clear the cache and cookies? If the problem continues, please open the Command prompt and type tracert www.imperiaonline.org and send me a screenshot of the result.

I am having the same problem with my PC, laptop & android phone.  I have cleared the cache so many times I have lost count.  The PC and android are running the latest versions.  The issue was common with most of our players on saturday, could not log on.  This problem shows up mostly on the weekends when the servers are overloaded.

What has made this worse is that our realm is near the end.  The saturday that I could not log in we lost 2 castles.

I will do as you ask and take the snapshot of what happens.  During the week days the problem is much less.

Hi, Yakone, does the problem still exist? Were you able to take a screen of the result in the command prompt?
please open the Command prompt and type tracert www.imperiaonline.org and send me a screenshot of the result.
