What does this message mean?

"In order to have access to this menu you must be full member of the alliance"

How can I be a full member in one alliance?

Hello google87,

The leader can promote you to full member. Each player, who joins an opened alliance, have "Novice" status. Members with this status have limited access to alliance menus and information.
