Can not use "." symbol in the marketplace on the Windows Phone 8.1

2. Login and go to the yours town;
3. Click to the marketplace;
4. Click the "Sell resources" button;
5. Fill the "Sell price per unit:" field using "." symbol;
6. Pay attention to the absence of "." symbol in the "Sell price per unit:" field.

Actual result: Can not use "." symbol in the marketplace on the Windows Phone 8.1

Thank you for the details. This problem appears when cyrillic keyboard is used on the mobile device. Our team is working on the resolution of this problem. Meanwhile, changing the phone keyboard to English and using EN keyboard to enter a fractional value will resolve the problem.
