Returning alliance army

We are alliance archangel having the following problem. This night we canceled one of our attacks against alliance castle. This army instead of returning in 10 mins started to return almost 2 hours. Then the rallye point dissappeared and another appeared somewhere else. However this returning army did not went there and it is still keeps status returning. Not this sitution lasts around 10 hours. We really need to solve this issue. Thx for any support.

How can help that I will leave realm. Everybody in ally sees the same problem. We all should leave?

Hi, was your RP destroyed before army returned?  If it was destroyed a new rally point is automatically generated near the leader. That is why the army was rerouted there. I'm saying this only if the RP was destroyed.

Yes, that was exactly happened, but the army is not finally does not enter this newly generated RP and again new almost two hours is returning and this repeats.
