Yahoo Games has been shutdown

I was playing through yahoo games which has been suddenly shutdown.
I don't know what realm I was in.
My ingame name was Rabbit14.
The alliance I was in was BIG_BUILD_GANG.
The question is how do I regain access to my game or is all lost?
