Healer Scientist Question

Does the skill Healer Scientist only increase the maximum allowed recovery, or does it also provide that level of recovery?

Example: Attacker wins the battle with general with level 5 Healer Scientist and researched Military Medicine 40. The attacker recover 40% + 40% of his losses, for a total of 80%.
Example 2: Attacker wins the battle with general with level 5 Healer Scientist and researched Military Medicine 35. Does the attacker recover 40% + 35% of his losses, or 40% + 35% + 5%?

Hello GreatGuardian,

The skill Healer Scientist increases only the maximum recovery limit. Maximum recovery percentage is 75%, the bonus from the skill applies to this percentage, but the recovery isn't increased by the skill itself, additional levels of Military medicine should be researched for the bonus to be applied.
