All other parts seems to work properly...

It seems to me that all the great People quest are completed - may it be the root cause ? - does the system believe that all has been harvested ? And I have not even harvested the first one in this list ....
I have a 4.5M Gold that I cannot get now ...

Seems that the bug is still present or comes again :
 
According to me it's when you complete the last mission in one category -
My bug is now that the reward for giving army to the alliance cannot be taken :

--> reward on [Alliance player] quests cannot be openned

Regarding the previous correction that was made with your support, it openned all the corresponding quests reward for the [Great people] quest but the first one [First steps in royal diplomacy] cannot be taken - I didn't ask for support until now due to the low ammount of the reward *wink*

The [Alliance player] quest is the main issue on this bug  *sos*

The unreceived reward from the quest category "Alliance player" is now available in your account. We are familiar with the issue and our developers are working on its resolution. I apologize for the inconvenience.
