When I tried to play from Facebook it started a new game.
How do I link my regular game, that I play on the browser, to my Facebook account?
PS: My Facebook account has a different email than the one I registered on the browser.

Do you develop the account you made directly from the Facebook app? Could you tell me your username there and the name of the account you would like to connect?

I'm having the same problem. Have an account for Imperia but my facebook account created a new account. Have talked to other players but nothing has worked.

Hello Majus457, The problem has been resolved after your report to support@imperialsupport.org. Thank you for your patience. I'm having the same problem. Have an account for Imperia but my facebook account created a new account. Have talked to other players but nothing has worked.

My Imperia account V6 251 X2, I closed & deleted my Facebook account. I have been told since this account was setup thru Wild Games I cannot connect to Facebook.
Is there a way I could transfer this account to my Facebook account?

Hello Rob, I'm sorry, since the account was created trough a different game platform, it cannot be connected to FB. Such action would violate the game partnerships relations. Accounts registered at the homepage of the game ( www.imperiaonline.org) can be connected to FB. |

Hello, i have a problem with connecting my account to facebook. I created my account via homepage and when im trying to connect it by using "Facebook connect" in Ranking menu its says there is another account linked and if im sure i want to disconnect. I choose yes, but i never get e-mail to confirm it.
