Great people

In the tutorial at the beginning when you finish your other great people are supposed to get their other skills. but in this realm which just reset my great people didn't get new skills as adults.

update: crowned heir - sent on mission and he gained experience and a couple of general skills as a result but still didn't get a first governor skill as an adult.  the princess consort and the crowned heir's bride still haven't acquired their first skills yet.

any ideas ......
