Hi, In this case is better to write to support@imperialsupport.org   You need to explain the problem and they will provide you access to the account.

Do you have connected your account with phone? If yes you can reset your pw from phone

Click the "Lost password" button at the home page of the game button to request a new password by entering either a linked e-mail or a confirmed cell number, as Prezs explained. If there is a problem, please write to support@imperialsupport.org from the email linked to your account.
