Please leave your username too. Did you start small festivals with instant effect, when did you start the festivals? Did you check if the happines in the provinces increased?

I start 23h ago and the people don't dance .... and also i don't recive the bonus of festival !!

The bonus from the small festivals with instant effect is corectlly given in all provinces. You can check the value of the happines bonus received from this festival in the Happines menu in the respective province. Open the menu via the smiley face icon at the top right corner of the village and look for Small festival in the Daily modifiers. We are working on the animation problem.

is start all in my provinces small festival just in my colony big  festival with 2 DIAMOND ....!

You have to turn on the village animations in order to see the animation on the town square. The option is available in Settings -> General -> Village animations -> Show village animations.
