Hello, I noticed tonight that I have problems accessing the login page of the game. I am able to access it from a different IP. Can you help?

Did you try with a different browser? If you can open the game from your pc with a different browser try uninstalling and reinstaling the browser you use most.

Different PC doesn't work too. I don't think it's a browser problem at all. Same browser with internet works.

Do you have bookmarked IO page try changing the number of the server if this is the case. http://prntscr.com/2530ey here if it still doesn't open then you should contact your provider and see that everything is ok with your internet.
Or if you are good with computers you can try this :

1.Get to a command prompt in your startup menu and type: cmd
now you are in command mode
2.type: "ipconfig/release"  (without the quotes ,on the command line by itself)
3.type: "ipconfig/renew"    (without the quotes ,on the command line by itself)

In the address bar I type "imperiaonline.org" and I get to the page - usually. I don't have it bookmarked. Don't need to talk to my provider for two reasons:
1. I am able to open the front page from the same provider using different IP
2. The provider I am on is also your provider, I guess your page will be the last to become unavailable in case of outage.

I did reconnected to my wifi several times which have also renewed my IP settings.
Could there be any issue with my IP only and all others to work fine? Can this be checked out?

I am talking about my public IP, not my private network IP. There is no point changing my private IP when I use NAT is it? Why do I need to change my public IP? It worked perfectly fine till now?
