what will happen if all the members in an alliance go to holiday protection ? 

do you loose the war in this case?

Note that I`m talking about holiday protection . not the vacation . I know that if more than 70% of people go for vacation, you loose the war .

Yes, it applies to protection too - if over 50% attacking alliance or 75% defending alliance ends on vacation/hollidays protection, that alliance losses war.
