I'm not sure if this is a bug but aa.. I gotta ask. I have my lumber mill and iron mine on full (full workers). And my stone is like on 10% full. And my population growth is like 65 (1000 - 700 from farms). So the workers should be getting more but instead from time to time I see my lumber mill on 80% full. 1700 workers disappeared from nothing. And it's not migration, nor is it farms since I have population GROWTH not Loss. As I said, I'm not sure if this is a bug but I gotta ask :\

Did you hire soldiers - because in that case people are automaticly taken from work places.
