Attack waves

1. Do these double waves count as 2 attacks? What I mean is: the rules state that there will be 20 attacks so, if 2 provinces are attacked simultaneously, does that count as 1 or 2 attacks?

2. It would be useful to know the date when the qualifications end, so we can plan ahead.

There will be 20 wawes each 26 hours new wawe will be sent - 20 time you will get attacked - number of attacks in wawe can be from 1 to 4. Qualification will end roughly 22 days after start. 20 wawes * 26 h.
