is cartography included while moving alliance army? if yes whose? and sub question, will the colony of 10% bonus fortress strength influnce on alliance castle, if that is build by leader?

for fortress bonus will give on alliance castle if one member of alliance have colony on it that wouldn't be leader can be any member of alliance

If anyone in the alliance has this colony, it is going to affect the alliance castle. The researches affecting the armies are taken from the leader.
