Restart of the era

It's a little bit confusing. The message I got (from the Gamemaster) said: the era will restart within 24 hours after the old era ends. When I log in the message is: the era will restart at least 24 hours after the era ends. Now both can't be true, so one of them must be a bug, but which one?

Tomorrow(31.7.) at 16:00 is restart.
