provinces tax window dont count happiness bonus from special resources. its just visual bug, but in place where is needed to this bonus. ie: i have bonus happiness +10 and overall happiness +1 in province but in tax window i see -9 and i will set lower taxes than i can

You have +13 in province 1 in both Happiness window and tax menu. Am I missing something?

sorry, my bad. i mean colonies tax window. in province tax window is all fine
